I am interested in the legality of putting a bench seat in the box of my UTV.
From a DNR perspective(can't find anythign on there site)If I would happen to be on a State trail system and I had a full roll cage that extended over the rear bench with 5 point harness in the Box would this be legal or am I looking at collecting some fines for toting around my family like this.
Morally I am just fine with this, with kids in the vehicle, any vehicle I would be overly cautious and not be attemping anything that would cause the vehicle to flip tumble or ... common sense stuff. Helmets all that Jazz...
Is the DNR gonna rape me (financially)for doing this?
