I think we all new that this would happen one day, it was only a matter of time. The artical you posted is very vague though. There are no timelines or specifics on anything really. I am sure that helmets and age limits will be reiterated like always and set in stone, then they are going to try and set bounderies. The boundery portion will be the interesting part - how do they plan on enforcing it and where will it be? In a place where every man and his dog has a pickup and 2 or 3 quads with all the crown land imaginable are there enough police to control anything? Probably not. This reminds me alot like the gun law which cost us billions for nothing!
