Kawasaki Canada puts all the responsibility on your Dealer to satisfy the Customer. My Mule had 33 hrs on it, never in 4X4 mode and Crank Bearing went. As far as Kawasaki is concerned, they fix it the cheapest possible way.

I bought machine to hunt with, day before season starts motor went. The way I think and maybe I am wrong, Kawasaki or Dealer would jump at the chance to help and offer a Loaner or Demo Machine until mine was fixed. Not even a sorry, or a return of a phone call.

I missed hunting season, I am looking at, at least a month for it to be ready. I think, there's a problem........ and not much as a consumer that we can do about it. A Change, and try somebody else I guess.

Just got off the phone From My Dealer... NORDAN EQPMT Telkwa BC.

With Dan's pressure on the BC Kawasaki Rep, and also BC Rep understanding, They are going to replace my Mule with a new one...

it seem's nobody has had a Motor Failure with the 4010 Mule.

I should Have a NEW one in my yard within a week. I Have not Found a better working Machine anywhere.... Polaris RZR vrs 4010 Mule

is like comparing Apples with Oranges, all machines have there use and value.

Kawasaki Canada, Toronto, customer service could get off her script, and really look after her customer.....answering the phone or returning a call could be a start.

So I've got a Hisun 550 that I was doing some work on that required removing the CVT and it's housing. Upon attempting to reinstall the clutch, sheaves, etc, I found that the belt no longer fits - it's far too wide. None of the parts have been replaced, they're all OEM. Exactly the same parts as what I took off a few weeks ago.
To be more specific, my belt is 1.25in wide, but the gap between the clutch and the primary sheave is only 7/8in wide. I'll include a few photos to explain.
Has anyone ever experienced such a bizarre problem? Any help at all would be appreciated, I've been stuck on this for a month. I'm open to just about any suggestion.

Going down a 20 deg hill engine is holding UTV back. Then something releases like going into Neutral and makes a loud clacking noise. Have to use brake to slow UTV down. Then once level it shifts back into gear. Have done shift extension does not pop out of gear.

I have a  3500LB Winch that only runs in one direction.  Inward but not Out.  Replaced the solenoid module.  Makes "click" when I push the "Out" button and the motor tries to spool out but then stops and begins to "click".   Does anyone have suggestions what I should try next?

Recently acquired a 21 year old Mule.  The previous owner let the brake master cylinder run dry, and when I flushed the brakes, one wheel's brakes locked up.  I took the wheel off, but cannot get the axle nut off, and there is not enough space to get my gear puller behind the drum anyway.  Anybody had an issue with seized brakes?  How can I get this thing off to replace it or rebuild it?
