Axles???

I'm hoping somone can help answer this for me. We have all seen the large lift kits on rzr wildcat rhino. We all know there is no lift for the trooper as of yet. I run 30" on mine why go bigger right? Here's the thing what makes our axles so different or why can't they be adapted to handle a lift like all the other side by sides. I know larger tires on our machines may require more power but that's not what I am thinking I'm just thinking more ground clearance and more wheel travel and it seems that the number one concern is the axles so what makes all the others different and why can't we??? I have spoken to two companies about a lift one possibly a portal box style and the other a possible bolt on 2-3" lift both companies were concerned about axle degrees. Any insight would help at this point it's a day dream

Ya figured the wider stance in rear and front with the arms but with that being said if the axle shafts were longer wouldn't that help how do the axle cv work on all these other machines???? It's gotta be close to the same and I look at my brothers rzr 570 and the trooper shafts are defiantly thicker?? The noise is defiantly in the diff I narrowed that down checked everything in the front the one day I had to work on it I couldn't get the d/s cv off the diff then it started to poor rain and with end of summer and my kids hockey schedule I havnt got back into it yet sux ass lol

There's never an easy idea I was just playing with thoughts in my head and I have been thinking all morning u think it's possible that noise could be a beating I did replace both bearing and all balljoints and I don't remember this noise when I started doesn't mean it's not poor timing. I'm gonna borrow a set of chassis ears tomorrow and put them on the front and see what happens. Man I miss wheeling havnt been in so long now

Charlie...what about lowering your diffs in the frame to cut down the angle ...the shaft still only has a certain amount of angle, but you should be able to lift it a couple of inches and still keep axles in thier safe zone..(so far Ive only relocated my rear diff ) primarily to allow for the additional travel with my fox air shocks...Hardy

I was playing around with ideas lol I guess that would be possible lowering the diff but my fab skills are not so great. I got to get the front diff open first and find why I have a knocking sound heard most when turning left

Did you get this figured out, could it be CV starting to bind up noise because you're turning to sharp to the left?

We have been installing the new up grade for Trooper and Renegade. We have found some things to help to last much longer.Lenny had did most of the R&D we just found a few things like 12.9 allen head bolts. And we do this to all the rear differentials.Price of a stock unit with the upgrade.750.00 Takes about 10 days.

My 2018 Hisun sector crew engine cut off after about 15 minutes run. There is no indicator of what is wrong, no error code just die and won't restart until it cool down. I notice that the fan is not running but the temp indicator is on low temp, no overheat indicator. I checked the radiator fluid, it is cool to touch.
Cooling fans are working, I can hear it running once awhile if I can get the engine warm up enough.  Thank you for all the help.

      Hey all!
I'm on a mission to buy my first UTV soundbar as a gift for my dad. I'm aiming for something that offers great sound quality without breaking the bank – my budget is around $250. Right now, I'm considering options like ecoxgear, kemimoto, and boss.
Does anyone have experience with these brands or specific models that you'd recommend? Any advice or suggestions would be super appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
