2005 mule 610 performance issues

Mule runs fine for awhile but sometimes when climbing up a grade it will act like it wants to stall. It only does it for about 15 seconds, only on an uphill grade then it will start running fine again. I have been living with this for a few years now and have done the following:
Empty tank and refill
Replace fuel filter

Checked fuel pump per service manual

Removed carburetor and took to motorcycle mechanic who cleaned it, checked pilot, float, etc.
Ran seafoam thru system
Tonight it started doing something different. It would not idle at times.
So now I have idle issues and issues at top speed. I did notice a nick in the insulation on the coil wire and I taped it up. I am wondering if that or a coil issue may be my problem. I don't ride much in water but the mule has been exposed to the elements. So would a bad coil or wire do something like this?
Thanks for any help

I have a 2011 Mule 610 with only 36 hours on it. I too have just started having an issue where when I'm climbing up a hill, running full throtle, it acts like it's starved for fuel and bogs down. I've replaced the fuel filter, checked the air filter, drained the carburator, and it's still doing it, so I'm interested if you get any feedback. I only run non-ethynol gas. I just bought this a couple of months ago for hunting. I haven't had any issues with it at deer camp. Brought it home for a while to clean it up and use it around the neighborhood. At camp, I've never ran it full throttle, so I never experienced the issue. Since bringing it home, it does it everytime I'm running it somewhat full throttle, going up a hill.

2016, Hisun 500 turns over great but Spark plug is firing when I turn the ignition key on. I’ve got good fuel pressure to the injector. Pulled plug out and it is wet with. gasoline. Air filter is clean. Turns over great just does not even try to pop or start.. I’ve checked off uses and they are good when I turn the key on I’m getting power to the injector.. I’m not hearing the injector pulsing, but may just be my hearing.. With the spark plug getting wet with gas I feel like the injector is pulsing and spraying. Any suggestions would be great. I don’t know the hours on the unit offhand, but it has 600 miles on it. Thank you for your comments and advanced.

We just bought a used 2017 American Landmaster TW450. No hour meter that I can find, so not sure exactly how much it has been used.
The first 2 days we had it, the starter was a little sketchy, but it started after 2-3 tries. Sometimes when turning the key, we would hear a loud metal "clink" sound. Like the starter made contact, but didn't have enough power to turn.
THIS MORNING... Turning the key, we hear a single click sound. That's it. Even with a new battery, the starter is still doing the same thing. Both batteries (old and new) were reading 12.8 volts on volt meter. So I'm wondering what else could be going on? Any ideas on what to look for would be greatly appreciated...
      Thank you!

Hopefully this helps somebody because I couldn't find any info on this runaway condition.

Drove 1/2 mile to the gas station and when I started up to leave the starter stuck on. Turn key off starter is still running~! Limp it home wondering what the heck to do, get it in the garage and pull the negative battery terminal to get it to stop. Whew, WTF?

Calm down and start checking things, starter is hot of course but nothing is smoking and nothing smells burnt. Pull battery cover off and start checking wires from battery to relay and relay to the starter. OK good nothing is hot, nothing is crispy and nothing is melted. Probably smoked the starter though. If this had happened to my wife and I wasn't around the machine would have run until the battery died and probably melted down/burned.

I'll get to the point to save you folks some time and trouble. Because this is a kymco machine you need 2 different Kawasaki parts to make this repair, and information is scarce to say the least. The switch and a sub harness to connect it to the machine's plug.

Everything works now, but the starter sounds horrible so I'll be changing that too before spring.

Good luck out there and hopefully this is just a freak occurrence, but if I were you I'd get rid of this kymco part and put the Kawasaki replacement in now.

Switch, Magnetic is part number 27010-0767
Sub Harness Start Relay is part number 26031-Y034
