Take off the carburetor (unless it's fuel injected) And clean it, sounds like a clogged main jet. Edit: Okay, after reading. it's fuel injected. I would try first running some injector cleaner in it, and change fuel filters and check for good flow.

Yea I tried all the parts stores they can't match up anything, all they have are round boots.
