  1. that line will not work. dont try it. that particular port is below the oil level! you can have no restrictions in the oil return! it is gravity fed and must free flow or oil will back uip in the turbo and blow out the compressor and exhaust housings. drill the pan just below the flange. pipe fitings are tapered and will seal in the pan if you are really worried put a little gray silicone around the fitting....

  2. call me i can alk you through the oil return line issue. i played with mine a lot even went as far as to using a oil scavage pump... nothing worked. you have to go as strait down as pos. np hard bends. also if you tapped into the pressure sending unit try to find a restrictor for the oil feed side. you inly need a very small amount of oil to drop directly on the turbine shaft! if you "bath" it you can ruin the turbo! like i said call me and i can walk you through it.

  3. joyner used both styles of injectors but if you have the smaller injectors you need to stay with that style. the larger body injectors are low impedance and the small ones are high impedence... your PCM is programmed for which style you have...

  7. i am going to try to put together a price tomorrow, and yes it will be complete with my intake and completely bolt on.

please keep in mind my kits are far from cheaply built. i use a good new (not rebuilt) turbo, all mandrel bent carbon steel polished piping, billet blow off valve, aluminum intercooler, and full exhaust.

I will actually be calling them tomorrow to get some pricing for a kit i am getting together for nocturnalsixer...

  10. one if you pull your stock intake and stick your finger inside the upper intake (part that bolts to the head) you will notice a big lip in some and none in others.. the fit and finish sucks!!! if you think of a motor as a big air compresor, the more air you can move through it the more power you will make. yes the intake is a very simple design but it works... if you do anyresearch on the chery motor you will find that it was designed for fuel economy NOT power. choke the intake down and you require less fuel.. Hints Fuel economy.. MAKE IT BREATHE!!!!! you will see more power! proof is there, i dont know nocturnalsixer at all he was looking for mods and tried one and he will tell you I asked him for an honest review good or bad... I asked him "DO NOT STRETCH THE TRUTH tell it how it is" i dont want to gain a bad wrap with you guys. I am going to be offering a lot more in the very near future! things we are working on include Hydralic steering (that will not use a pump on the motor) its a very simple design but very effective, the 7.5 front & rear diffs (its easy to make it for ours but to make it as a bolt in kit for you guys not so easy) turbo kits (quality stuff no junk) 8000# front and rear winch kits, radiator relocate kits, secondary rear shock kits (bolt in), Auto Meter guage kits (drop in), etc. like i said A lot comming! if i am gonna take your money you are gonna be happy. talk to me for 5 mins on the phone and you will see i know what im doing... a few can vouch for that.. the other thing most of you dont know is i own a wrecker svc here in Houston and that makes my living, i do the fab work because its a passion and love for the sport and to kill the bad wrap Joyners have, i dont need to get rich from it just cover my expenses and time...

  11. 12. we have built our own turbo kits and its not as bad as you may think. i used a turbo from a Mitsu 3000GT VR4 twin turbo and on my other one we used a garrett turbo off of a VW Jetta 1.9 TDI and this is a variable vein turbo. we went with these because of the fact of availability and cost (salvage Yard). the variable vein does eleminate most turbo lag but did not produce as much power on the top end as the standard turbo... if you guys have any questions let me know. We are here to help and have so far built 3 of these kits from scratch. we can also point you in the right direction for parts. we will be building these kits for sale but still doing a lot of R&D to find what works best (bang for the buck). we are here if you guys need help
