I did see that one but was not sure it would work, it only has three ports, intake, outlet, and vacuum. I did not see the port for the return line. Can the gauge be removed and place a tee there for the gauge and lint to fuel rail?
Thanks,

I need to replace the regulator and was wondering if anyone has found a replacement other than the one from Joyner, Thanks in advance.

Michael,

I have a copy Lenny sent me back in 2010. Hopefully you can open it.

At one point i was looking at adding a heater also. I thought of installing them in the storage area under the seats facing forward and cut openings for the hot air to blow forward towards our feet. I was looking at heaters simular to the one i placed a link for below.

Kinarfi,
Congrats on the new trooper. Good to see your sticking with them. Keep us posted on how it works out.

mine is doing this very same thing, seems like it only does it a few minutes after startup. say between about 160 F and 175 F on the temp gauge. I step on the clutch and rev it up and it gets better. as soon as it gets up to operating temp it runs perfect. when you say the o2 sensors were hooked up backwards, do you mean just swap the plugs between the sensors ? or were the wires in the wrong spots in the connector ?
Maybe im wrong but If you swap the plugs on the sensors would it not be doing the same as swaping the wires on the connectors?

Thanks Rick

Hi Jeff
If I were to send you an email with the diff instructions could you post them in the pinned area in my behalf. No longer selling the kits, the instructions should be available for everyone interested.

Instructions from Lenny's Diff upgrade kit.
Since Lenny's not supplying kits any more, here's where you can order the bolt used in the kit, you'll need to machine them down a little, I use a drill and a grinder.

looks like the ones on the current troopers...I would think they will be less prone to bending/breaking
Yes less prone but could be better.
-
did you happen to take pictures of the modified ones?
sorry for the quality, this is all i currently have.
-
Have you considered boxing it in with some thin sheet steel? I believe it to be worth the weight gain. +
The new ones i installed are boxed in but with thin sheeting.

can you post a pic of the broken swingarm...curious as to where/why it broke...and maybe a couple of the new modified ones...thanks...Hardy
sorry but cant right now. Trooper is in Havasu and i am back in Southern California right now. I will when i go back to do the repair.

Anybody doing any mods to the trooper this winter
Well , i will be starting on somewhat of a mod here shortly. Since March of 2013 only been able to take mine out twice, a two hour ride this past Thanksgiving weekend in Havasu and then last weekend for a half day trip. During this past weekend trip my rear left side swing arm broke. We were able to drive it back to the garage so wasnt stuck out in the middle of nowhere. I was going to Yuma on business for a few days this week so i called Silverbullet and picked up a pair of the modified swing arms from them and plan on installing them in a couple weeks.

rocmoc lowered his. i think he had some photos posted here.

Started new cage. I was getting tired of the boring stock cage. I also wanted to make a stronger one. I hope to have it done by March.
Looks real good. Keep posting photos of progress.
