So im in some desperate need for help with this dam buggy that im trying to put a limited slip diff from wavetrac or peloquin in without completely getting new axles for it. The transmission used in this buggy is the 020 trans which i currently have in pieces trying to rebuild and install the lsd. So the problems im running into are the axle shafts on the new lsd. The differential originally was a solid spool with 32mm splines with a ball plunging cv joint. The new lsd is a 27mm spline and i cant find a ball plunging joint/ axle flange that will fit with that so it can still obtain the plunging motion necessary and use the stock axles. I have taken pictures of the entire setup, im either looking for a flange that will work with the axles i have, or a cv that will fit my stock axles. Any help would be great, and appreciative. I just want to get this thing finished and its the last step. 657033d16cb865b24413fb9a955999c2.jpg313ff0bb03aa6f29120263ce294aa7b6.jpge6a76b442057cfb6c5ac77e071c0d05f.jpg603fcbd4fb66a8c0e790c440466e620a.jpgf7901c272cecc72f17d7cf37b02ebe18.jpg76c3da28fb850c3b7189db77b0aaad84.jpg90f4260bc00bf3b9330cbc16a166ac37.jpg1dae095431a1aa617136ccb5246afc4d.jpgce20e4bb50fef0e697f7833f4517d982.jpg

    • Hisun 400 UTV leak from side of transmission

I have a Hisun 400 UTV that has developed a sneaky oil leak from the end of the black plastic thing protruding from the side of what I think is the transmission on the driver’s side. Looking for any guidance or advice as to what this thing is and whether it’s fixable.

    • Transmission Fluid Leaked out? Why??

For some reason, out of no where all my tranny flue is leaked out from around one of the seals in tranny where the drive shafts come out.  Buggy was in the garage for few days with no leaks, then randomly all the oil just started dripping out from one of the seal areas?? I didn’t even move the buggy... The only reason I can think as to why it went from zero leaks to major leak is the cold weather here in FL may have shrunk the seals?? Anyone else think this is rather strange? 🤨🧐 Also, antonella’s know where I can order these?

Looking for rear axles for the 650 Joyner commander, as is 90 % of the owners, I would take even broken ones and try to get enough parts to rebuild one good one.  Or if anyone knows of a crossover that works from other machines. please let me know   Thank Dan

    • C/V axles

silverbullet I have to say i have changed 100 of c/v axles. My C/V  manufacture said not to tighten more than 60 to 70 pounds of torque. When we are tighten the nut we are putting a lot of stress on the outer joint. The cotter pin holds the nut in place use stainless steel cotter pin.It is pulling the joint apart and when you hit some thing it brakes. Now if you are running around with a torn boot than that is another reason.
