Patience Travis...104° with 96% humidity is coming. Just enjoy this pre summer weather. Of course, in Texas, summer takes up three seasons!

Well it's sure warm out there, we've been between 92 and 97 degrees on average with 75%+ humidity

NOW I'M READY FOR IT TO COOL DOWN 😆LOL

When it's hot, there is only so much you can take off, when it's cold you pile on the layers...

Travis you wouldn't be saying this if you lived where I do. We get only about 5 months of good weather and only 2 1/2 months of warmer to hot. When we pile on layers we use down filled coats etc. Too cold for too long. I welcome warmer and hot weather, I'll suffer a sun burn, just don't get enough warm weather north of your border, not state border.

This is Texas, there's only a couple of seasons. And the cool one ain't fer awhile yet. I'm just happy we've had so much rain. Although it does keep the humidity up. The high temps have been moderate for this time of year.

Cows are liking all the grass, seedheads sprouting up everywhere, and needing to mow everytime you blink.

I got sunburn on my arms today from mowing, not terrible just a little pink.

@kenfain I'm sure you remember the summer of 2011? The spigot shut off for A WHILE

Yeah, it does get dry in the summer. It's funny watching all those cool fronts, bouncing off our high pressure bubble, that typically surrounds the entire state. That bubble hasn't really formed yet this year, so we've had actual weather, like the rest of the U.S. And its sure been nice.

Designed to withstand the outdoor elements, whether on sand, surf, or the open road, this marine-grade, high-efficient amplifier combined with a compact chassis makes it perfect for hybrid, electric, small cars, trucks, watercraft, motorcycles, and side-by-side UTVs.

âThe Element-Ready TM1000X5ad is built on our proprietary Class ad platform designed to deliver unprecedented sound quality with superior power efficiency in a small chassis,â explained Jake Braaten, Rockfordâs V.P. of Product Development & Engineering. âThe TM1000X5ad is protected against dust, UV, and corrosion with marine grade two-part epoxy coating on circuit boards, and features stainless hardware. Full House Of Racers Ready To Beat The Vegas-To-Reno Odds

Chandler, AZ â August 17, 2016 â Taking a term from the World Series Of Poker, DragonFire is going all-in for the Best In The Desert's Vegas To Reno race this week. The 2016 General Tire âVegas To Reno: The Long Wayâ presented by FOX marks the 20th Anniversary of this epic event. New for this year is a two-day format with tech festivities starting in Las Vegas today. Race Day 1 will go from the start line near Caliente to Tonopah and Race Day 2 goes from Tonopah to Reno. DragonFire is stacking the deck with a full house of racers, including last year's winner Lacrecia Beurrier, Corry Weller, Bobby VanBeekum and all the way from the Southeast, Jimmy Keys and Russell Griffin in the Keyscrete RZR.
âI have a love-hate relationship with Vegas To Reno,â says Lacrecia. âIn 2014 we went from winning the lottery by drawing the #1 starting position to dropping out at race mile 365... I hate to DNF!â However she loves to win so 2015 was a banner year as she clinched the BITD Pro Unlimited Championship with a win at the infamous V2R. She doubled down by not only winning the 545-mile race, but she also locked up the 2015 BITD title.

However, DragonFire newcomer Corry Weller is betting she can beat the long odds and even longer race course in her Yamaha/Weller Racing/DragonFire YXZ 1000. Short course specialist and recent TORC series competitor, Weller is gambling on her crew chief/husband Jason Weller's ability to stack the odds in her favor. Pro tip: don't bet against Corry!
Also part of DragonFire's full house are a pair of Kings, Lucas Oil Arizona Regional Series champ Bobby VanBeekum, and his co-pilot Dan âBroncoâ Kelly. Dealing these guys in is the wildcard. However, a well sorted car and fierce will to win could really shuffle the deck.
Completing the DragonFire deck are a couple of real wild cards from the Rally Raid UTV Series in the Southeast. Jimmy and Russell tried their hand at desert racing in the Mint 400 and finished top DragonFire team at the richest race in America. Now they want to do even better at the longest race in America. âWe aren't coming all that way to finish first loser,â claims Keys, while Griffin asks, âis there another place besides first?â Banter aside, the boys are used to 4 hour endurance races in the UTV Rally Raid series and a force to be dealt with.
Mark your calendar for August 17-20, 2016. For more information click here: http://bitd.com/

I have had my 2014 leftover for just 2 weeks. Seems like when I use it to plow for a few hours, it wont idle. I can normally smell a strange odor, and I have to feather the throttle peddle to keep it running. Its been back to the shop 2 times in the past week or so, and they claim it runs fine with them. I told them it does it when I use it for approx 1.5-2 hours. According to the hour meter, they used the machine for about .7 hours,,, so of course it didnt act up on them. I think its a dirty carb, but they arent willing to tear it apart to clean it.
      Help
