Hi, I was hoping to find an "in-color" diagram, at least, of the wiring from the speedometer and where all the wires are connected.
The entire wiring of the entire side-by-side would be wonderful!!!
I purchased a used 2008 Joyner Commando 650 2 seater from an individual and they butchered the wiring...something has come lose and I cannot for the life of me tell where it is supposed to connect. It is a ground wire and is till connected to the frame but I don't know where else it is suppose to connect.
What makes me think it goes to the speedometer is that when it came lose, the speedometer immediately stopped working.
If anyone can help me with this, I would appreciate it tremendously. There is nothing on Joyner's website...and I already looked on YouTube to no avail...might be something there but I could not find it...

At the suggestion of one of our members, here's some info on the gas gauge sending unit.
3 ohms is full, 13 ohms is 3/4, 23 ohms is 1/2, 63 ohm is 1/2, 110 ohms is empty.
Electrical readings are: F=0.75v-98ma, 3/4=1.91v-82ma, 1/2=2.7v-71ma, 1/4=3.3v-62ma, 0=4.1v-52ma, E=5.0v-39ma
0 is top of red zone, E is bottom of red zone.

Bought new in 2014 Renegade 1100. Life got in the way and only put 80 miles on it up till now. During that 5 year time the fuel would go bad and I would drain the tank and refill. Always used 100% gas [never ethanol]. It is garage kept and never spent a night outside.
Now that I have time to use it, I am having issues. It will start and run fine for about 10 minutes, and then it will start to miss and then eventually die. After letting it sit for about 30 minutes is will start back up, and start doing the same thing again.
I have put new plugs in it and have replaced the fuel filter.
Any suggestions on what this problem could be?
Thanks in advance for your help,

Tried to remove my skid plate to access the engine oil drain plug. The plug isn't near an access hole but located between two holes. Can't get a wrench in to remove the plug. Short of drilling a new access hole (which I'm seriously considering), has any one been able to remove the skid plate? Seems to be a nut on the other end of the screw and there's no way I can access that nut. They must have bolted the skid plate on before putting the engine into the frame. Thanks in advance.

I'm new to 4WD. I have a 2014 Renegade T2, 1100cc engine, 1700 mi. I'm having difficulty selecting 4WD. I don't want to do anything that might cause damage. The only info I can find is to bring the UTV to a complete stop before selecting 4WD. When I do that, the handle doesn't seem to engage 4WD; it doesn't stay in the down position. Do I have to release the clutch? Do I have to drive forward / backward to make it engage? I don't think I have a transmission problem (no grinding of any gears). Maybe a cable adjustment issue?
Thanks in advance for your help.
