08 joyner trooper ball joints

Recommended Posts

Is there an aftermarket ball joint other than the joyner brand because parts is getting scarce to find. Oh its a 08 joyner trooper T2. Any part numbers would be greatly appreciated.

I have also been looking. I purchased replacements 4 years ago but they weren’t the best quality and have reinstalled the originals.
Found these for Arctic Cat that I think are the same. I couldn’t get any specs or measurements for them from the seller though.

If you have HD Moose ball joints that fit the Joyner Trooper 1100, please post that part number. We would all love to know!

Sorry guys been lookin all over and can't fine the 📦's.... But From what I can remember they were from Moose meant for a early to mid-2000s Can-Am Commander / Defender. Fit Perfect in the arm but you had to make the knuckles hole about 1 mm larger. I'll keep lookin for the box..

I'm not trying to trample flatbeds post about the front ball joints being able to pull out. I just couldn't find his post to reply there. Sorry flatbed. Flatbed found that the bolts holding the ball joints in place weren't close enough to the ball joint stem to fit into it's groove, thus the ball joint could work it's way out. This happened to flatbed and Kinarfi. It could be very dangerous if this happened at the wrong time. I finally got around to checking mine today. The top of the ball joint on the front left had already pulled out 1/8". The bottom one was still ok. I did as flatbed sujested and drilled them out and refitted them with new bolts. Both joints on the right side did not need any work as they were secured ok by the original bolts. To reiterate what flatbed said, be sure to address this potential failure. Just redo them and don't wait for signs of them pulling out.

      Hello everyone,
I'm doing an update to a project of mine on the side-by-side/UTV market and I'm interested in your opinions. It's extremely quick and anonymous and I’d be happy to share the results with the community.
Also, as a small token of my appreciation I will be having a drawing among respondents for a $50 VISA giftcard for those interested. It's not much but the most I can offer as a one person team.
      Questionnaire Link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MJWTDWT
The research isn't for any of these companies, I am just curious to see the updated opinion of the brands and new models. Thank you very much for your help!
Also, if you are interested in seeing the results from my previous reports they are at the link below. However, please read it after answering the current questions, so as not to color your responses. Thank you!
