Thearm's post in TW 450 dies on steep hill was marked as the answer
update on TW4500 stopping on hills. I ended up buying the factory OEM filter for the pulsating fuel pump after I had bought a aftermarket one. Changed out to the OEM filter and problem seems to be solved.
