steering lockup Sector E-1

My sterring  locked up up all at once and made a hard turn right without any prior problems on my Sector E-1, The steering will not turn at all, Has anyone else had this problem and know what the repair solution would be, There are no compentent HISUN service shops near me and from what I've discovered from the dealers, They only know how to sell and nothing more!!
