Having a problem getting the engine to run right installed new plugs fuel filter cleaned fuel tank and lines engine pops sputters backfires until it reaches 1st dot on temp gage then will idle and run sometimes will lose power in pull

Go to start engine fuel injection spark plugs are fuel soaked popping spitting back fire constantly pumping gas pedal to keep going then once engine reaches 1st dot on temp gage it will idle and then run like a scalded dog shut it off then start it it goes back to like starting cold engine new plugs and fuel filter also cleaned fuel lines and fuel tank I'm at a loss also loses power in a pull sometimes
