  1. It was my understanding that JMC was never able to secure the "distributership" of Joyner vehicles, and ended up being basically a dealer. When all was said and done, Joyner USA, as of late, was owned and operated by "Joyner China"

All that being said, JMC was and is my go to supplier for Joyner parts. They had more "Necessary" parts in-stock than Joyner USA.

  2. I know this isn't the classified section, but does have the most traffic. I have a brand new set of Hard doors from Joyner to fit a Renegade. Includes all the mounting hardware! These are regularly $800 would let them go for $500 pus freight.

  3. I've been trying to get ahold of Lenny for 3 wks. PM's not working, and no responce w/ e-mail. I need to see about diff upgrade kits. Thanks

PM's don't see to be working for me at all..... anybody else having this problem???? ADMIN?????

  4. Sorry.... what I meant was that "Joyner", as a distributer should not sell direct to the public. They should establish a stong dealer network and support them, just as the major brands do. Dealer only parts and sales. This would create stong dealers and a better product in the end.

  5. When I saw Casey at the Joyner auction, he was very upbeat & positive about the future. Said they had many many Joyners pre-sold. Hopefully he wasn't talking about to dealers. Hopefully to end customers!

This is 1/2 the problem..... they shouldn't be selling direct to the public. They should be supporting their dealers! Without a strong dealer network, they will never be a contender, which is bad for the end user!

  6. Like many other dealers, I'm extremely disappointed in the service we have recieved from the new distributers! I know they have alot on their plate, but I've waited over 4mo. to get parts..... and they still are not here. NOW they contact me and want me to purchase new units???????????????? Not sure which path I will follow, but I will still provide as much support to forum members and my customers as I can! I sure wish I had the support of the distributer behind "ME" instead of me supporting them !

  7. If you look around at the cars and trucks, you will notice that "Red" & "Silver" are the 2 most problematic colors availble. They oxidize the worst, and require the most attention to keep looking good. Using a good, high quality automotive paint will yield great results. My wife does custom painting of Golfcarts, helmets, & snowmobile hoods. I have noticed quite a bit of difference in the stability of different colors over the years. JMHO

  8. The "Red" seems to be the worst. I have 1 customer w/ a "RED" Renegade that is sunburnt..... the hood is actually black from the sun. The problem exists because Joyner didn't use paint the had UV tolerant pigments, so it fades & burns. The other colors are much better but will show some fading over time.

  9. Once the engine is running the battery connection much less important than when starting. IMHO

Sorry..... but the ONLY source for a ground is " THE BATTERY" without sufficient connections all types of failures start to occur. Even corroded terminals will cause computer malfunctions.

  10. While there are multiple grounds in the system, they are part of specific circuits. Also, just because there are some gounds already attached, that does not mean that they are effective. All I was suggesting was an additional..... seperate from factory Joyner.... that is marginal at best.... to be POSITIVE about a sufficient ground.

  11. I bet you have a bad ground some where. ck the cables at the battery, or better yet, if you haven't replace the cable clamps on the battery, do that. Get the universal top post adapters from your local parts store. The Joyner origninals are junk. You might also add an extra ground from the frame to the engine block some where, just as a precaution.
