Hi, new member here. I decided to join because my cousin just bought a '09 Renegade R2. Since I do all of the work on his toys, I like to know as much as I can about the machines and how to fix them. After he bought the machine, we found out that it starts to cut out/stumbles between 2500-3000 RPM. I have looked through the posts and have found some simple things I can check without buying parts for it. Hopefully one of those will fix it. Would be grateful if I could get a repair manual also. Other than that issue, it seems like a tank. We figured if the motor was good enough for Kawasaki and John Deere with a CVT trans, it would be better with the 5 speed (less power loss). Also, I was wondering what muffler you guys are running? I don't know what the previous owner put on there, but we would like something with a nice tone but not loud. Thanks in advance for any info.
