For the most part I love my Polaris 1000 crew Northstar, but hate the doors, especially in windy weather or when parked on a sloping grade. Getting in and out of the vehicle and unloading equipment can be a real pain, as the doors tend to slam into me constantly. Has anybody installed door checks from a car. If so, please let me know what make and model car door checks to get, and how much modification is needed to make them fit and function. Thanks in advance for any information.

Thanks for recommendations. I ended up buying a "Polaris" brand plow from the dealer. It was fairly easy to assemble and attach, taking about 90 minutes.

I recently acquired a Polaris Northstar Ranger XP, and would like some snow plow advice. Will after market plows fit and function on my Ranger , or must I purchase from the Polaris dealer directly?

Hi All, I am considering acquiring a used 2018 Textron Stampede, with about 600 hours, but need a little advice. The person selling it is asking $8400. The engine and transmission seem fine but it needs a bushing replaced and new rear door latch sets. Any idea what the the stated repairs might cost. Just looking for ballpark guesses. I'd do the work myself but I'm partially disabled, so a bit limited. My home borders on BLM land in northern Nevada, so a sxs 4 seater is kind of a must have. for visiting family and friends. Any advice will be appreciated.
