Two Brothers Racing Announces Online Custom Exhaust Design Center

www.twobros.com, Two Brothers Racing now offers their customers the chance to design and personalize their own exhaust system. Customization options include choosing the muffler canister type as well as the color and material combinations on all of the individual components, even the bolts! Customers can choose between several logo badge styles and even add their name, racing number or their own special text.

With their online tool, TBR has opened a custom design shop that users can access anytime, anywhere with quick turnaround and easy purchasing options. Buyers can purchase their custom exhaust directly from their favorite TBR dealer or online from www.twobros.com. And it couldn't be easier to use.

Customers simply select the make and model of their machine, pick the material for the canister (Aluminum, Titanium or Carbon Fiber) based on performance needs and style preferences and then click through different component color combinations until they come up with their own perfect look. Add in a personalized logo badge with their name and number-or pick from other badge designs-and their done.

      Hey all, some of you know i’m currently working on an engine swap for my 800cc (non brand). For argument sake it’s identical to the older (2006) sand viper in parts.
      For those who have done an engine swap I could really use your help are you using whole donor vehicle axles or are you cutting and  connecting the donor vehicle  axles to the Joyner axles via sleeves? 
      If I use the donor vehicle axles they would be stronger but then I’m having to replace hubs, bearing and probably knuckles brakes etc. So i’m considering welding the donors to the joyner’s so I do not have to replace everything, but i’m not sure if they would be strong enough.
      Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

      My UTV states to used premium gas but why? Can you use regular 87 gas? Premium gas at $3.50 compair to regulate gas $2.45. Thanks

      Need a new primary clutch.  Center shaft is scored so not really repairable (although I am going to see if my tool and die maker brother can make a replacement part but that'll take too long to be a replacement option.)
      Dealer price for replacement is over $750!  seems VERY high relative to clutch prices for other UTV's (more than double).
      is there a more reasonable alternate?

      Where can i find info about getting into utv side by side racing? Which unit is good to start wth? Im thinking of switching over from motocross... getting too old lol

      After operating,  the first several inches of the exhaust pipe where it leaves the engine on my Hisun 400cc glows bright red. Is this normal? There are various heat shields and other insulating material along the pipe’s pathway, so I’m guessing it is. Also, there are no other signs that the engine is running hot.
