Now 8 months...........no change, no contact from hisun

Few more days makes it 7 months, still nothing from hisun, no returned phone calls, no replies to emails, no parts, no quad. They dont have a care in the world about standing by their product.

Over 6 months now still sitting in the shop torn apart, still no customer support, no returned phone calls or emails, no parts. hisun has zero concern for people that spent hard earned money on the junk they sell.

4 months have gone by, still zero support from hisun customer support.

Getting some work done on my sector 550 at a dealer, having issues with some parts. Dealer has tried, i have tryed, its been a month and hisun customer support has not emailed or called either one of us back. Meantime my sector is sitting torn apart in the shop collecting dust. Apparently hisun doesnt give a ratsazz about their customers, anyone else having the same problem getting ahold of them? Sick of this crap.

So the eps motor would bolt up to that bracket? Do you have any pics of the install?

The only kit i found that was listed for/specific to the 550 was this one HiSun 550 750 EPS Electric Power Steering 500UT-5 700UTV-7 Massimo UTV New | eBay There is a grey plug hanging just above the brake master cylinder, im assuming that is the plug you are referring to as the eps controller connector, cant trace where the wires go from it.

Thanks for the info, i checked it out and all it is in his video is a quick pic of a eps motor he installed then he drives it up a trail saying its really nice to have. Doesnt tell/show anything about the install.

I have a 2016 550, ive tryed the hisun website and seems i cant get parts there. I would like to add power steering, have seen a few "kits" on ebay for the 750 not sure if its the same parts needed for the 550, there is a factory bracket already welded to the frame above the standard steering rack, is this to be used to mount the eps motor? There is also a grey plug hanging just above the brake master cylinder, not sure if thats anything that needs to be used in the install. Handy with wrenches so if i can find the parts installing it shouldnt be a problem, anyone done this upgrade, was it worth it?
