Hi Folks, I've been working on equipment for 60 years and haven't figured this one out. There is a bearing retainer plate that you can't get to the bolts on and the shaft doesn't have a snap ring anywhere that I can see. Do you put the unit in a press and push the shaft out? Scares me to think of pressing a shaft out of a bearing in an aluminum case. Any help would be appreciated, the older ones had a snap ring under the seal, but this seal comes out in the other direction.
