I disassembled the vehicle today again to confirm the type of the Controller. It seems to be a controller from Tercel with the Type TEVD1-07M45F3-000-158. Is that a rebranded Sevcon controller or a totally different model? @EVSupport Did you ever see that controller in the E1? Is it compatible with the Sevcon software or is is different?

Hmm, regarding the controller I'm not so sure anymore, I need to check again not that it actually is a Sevon controller and I have that wrong in my memory. Its two custom boxes with 315Ah cells each. So it actually is a 630Ah pack. The friend I built for wanted maximum security because of range anxiety. It is used for hunting so i guess they never drive more than 100km at one day/charge.

As we converted a Hisun E1 to a 560Ah 48V battery pack we would like to change some settings of the motor controller. Unfortunately there is no schematic out there that shows if the programming pins of the Curtis controller are connected to a connector of the UTV? Does anybody has experience with connecting to the Motor driver? A Curtis programming cable with software is available.
