i have a 2011 ys 400 and when i lock in the 4x4 right front axle doesn't lock in , actually grinds a little but doesn't lock in...

i have a 2011 ys 400 hisun , it has a electric fuel pump on it and i would like to put back to vaccum pump .all the parts are still on it ,  (pump vaccum) fuel pump , but i don't know how to hook the vaccum lines back up .  diagram would be great

does anyone out there have a vaccun diagram for a 2011 ys 400 hisun , someone before me put a electric fuel pump on it and i think it's making it run to rich

i have a 2011 hisun ys 400 and i can't seem to keep a wet clutch in it . is there any upgrades or heavy duty clutches for these machine 

gotting a little expensive putting 300 dollars in it every 2 years

i have a 2011 hisun ys 400  idles high,once in awhile, runs horrible under load. iv'e put several differant carbs on it , cleaned the gas tank , took off the vaccum fuel pump and put  an 

electric fuel pump.  no change HELP 

this is a carburated engine, but was wondering is there any electrical components that meter the fuel flow,  like  mass air flow senser or something like that could be causing the fuel delivery

problem.

ps i have owned this rig since it was new , and haven't had a full  year of flawless riding.

oh and bought it from menards and told me i was stuck with it.

yes it does but I don't know where it should bet set

i have a 2011 ys 400 when I start it cold it revs real high and when it warms up it won't  idle,    ive'e  been through the carb twice and cleaned out the gas tank , still no change

i got a 2011 yard sport ys 400 and it 's loading up I had the carb off and cleaned it no it loads up don't  know which way to turn the air idle screw to lean it out

thank  you , those part no. s   are the wet clutch , do you  have the no.s  for the secondary clutch all I really need is for the secondary sliding sleeve

My secondary clutch was junk, would a secondary clutch from a 350 grizzly fit 2007-2011

yes both clutches where oem  and I replace the one way bearing and the outer hub came with the new wet clutch

no one has gotten back to me

thanks for the help, but that is not the clutch for this machine . this is the clutch

I got ahold of hisun out of texas, they told me it is because of the oil I've been using........ I was using regular sae 30 weight , they told be it has to be wet clutch oil or motor cycle or oils used in diesel engine .............. who would have thunk

need  help ,  got a 2011 menards  ys 400 and I can't keep a wet clutch in it. does anyone have any ideas   WHY .... just got a new one for it today ......... afraid to put it in
