Rich - We ended up going straight to Massimo to order the part which was a fried charging board (the inside of the box was all charred with melted wires). Call their 1-800 number and if its still under warranty like ours was, you may be in luck, otherwise its not a cheap part to replace. The parts do ship quick and was easy to install. Hello all - I am in need of some help. My 2021 buck 60v is not charging. I have no owners manual or service manual. I can’t even find it online to purchase. (Does anyone have one they can share?) I am having electrical issues, it’s not appearing to charge even after being plugged in for over 12 hrs. Any ideas? Thanks.
