  2. I have a 2006 650cc Commando, 2 seater, the exhaust header and muffler finally cracked all apart while my son had it up in the white mountains in Az last weekend. I welded it all back up for a trip I'm taking this weekend but don't know how long it will hold up. Is there a after market header/pipe and muffler available.

  3. Ya, I didn't think about checking the the offset when I picked up these 2 wheels from craigslist, I was looking for a quick spare before we went up north. At least it was only $10.00 a wheel. I'll re list them.

I believe there is a clutch and brake company here in Phx, they maybe able to find me a new cup for the slave cylinder.

That is where you need to beware of your backspacing on the wheels. You can get them with the correct backspacing.

You may have to change over to a more common slave cylinder application and make new mounts.

  4. Looking for a source for the E-Brake slave cylinder repair kit.

Also I posted that the Artic Cat UTV wheels would fit the 4x115mm hubs, they do fit but you would need to add in a 1/2" spacer for the rear and probably a 1" for the front.

  5. Thanks for the info, yes mine is 4x115mm which is also the same as the Artic cat prowler I found out. Going to pickup 2 wheels today from a guy in Phx.

    ALSO

Anyone one have a source for slave cylinder repair kits. On my 2006 Commando 650 it has the disc brake style that is mounted on the front side of the rear dif with its own caliper. I have cleaned out the slave cyl but it just won't build pressure, I assume the cups are just worn out.

Look in the owner's manual to see what the specs are. They maybe the same as the Trooper which is 4x1.15. Then the only other thing that you have to know is the backspace & width of the rim. For backspace measuring from the rear side of the rim/the side against the brake hub, How many inches is it from the mounting center of the wheel to the outside edge. You can measure this from one of your existing wheels. Width is from outside edge to outside edge. Then anything that matches the specs/measurments will work. Also you could go and Ebay and put in Joyner 650 Commando wheel and see what comes up. The specs maybe on the Ebay page.

  6. Need to find a spare wheel for my 2006 Commando 650. I'm in Phx, Az, is there any other brands that would fit. Need something for This Tuesday if anyone has any ideas. If I wasn't strapped for time I have a Rhino stock rim and could probably make a adapter out of some Aluminum stock that would work in a pinch.

  7. Does anyone know of a interchange for the Commando 2006 Head Light bulbs. I have emailed Silver Bullet and am waiting for there response but some of you are pretty savy in finding other stuff that works. Also the ones that are in it are 35/35 watt, can i replace these with 45/45 watt. Also any ideas on new headlight lenses.
