Thanks ElbowRoom. The next step for me was to trace all the wiring harness looking for loose or broken wires. Hope this cures it.

Removed from winter storage and starter not working. Replaced battery and starter relay. No good . Relay clicks when key is turned but no action at starter. Removed starter and it worked fine on bench. Is there a in-line switch or contact that could be bad?
