My Kawasaki Mule 610 KAF 400A has no power. It has been in Houston, Texas at the Kawasaki Dealership with no repair. They wanted to sell me a new unit. The compression on motor is within specs. Motor runs great. 1.Removed muffler with no change in power 2. Removed both air cleaner to belt converter and air hose to no avail 3, Removed gas cap. No change 4. blew out air intake through canopy. No Change. What is going on? Help
