  1. Yes the shaft will have to come out. Carefully remove the shift linkage(8mm) and remove it from shaft. Pop the seal out with a pick. This will allow you access to the snap ring retainer clip. Use a set of small snap ring pliers to remove clip and this will allow the shift to remove. Take your time during the mark up process after you have the old bracket cut off. You can cut right across the top/weld. Then knock the bracket off. Make sure you hold the forward and reverse gear in place when checking the orientation.
  2. Good. Good luck the rest of the way
  3. Yeah I wish I didn’t either . Were you able to get the drive shaft out yet?
  4. Yes we had to remove the bolts to kinda rotate the rear diff a little. That was the only way we could get the drive shaft out.
  5. I got these instructions from Jose, The engine mount bolts are next and I recommend taking the two bolts on each rear mount out first and then goto the front and remove the long bolt. You may not be able to physically remove it completely as it hits the frame. A little wiggle usually gets it free but is not needed. The rear axle can be pushed rearward and uncouple the driveshaft. Watch out for the spring and note its location. Then shift the engine to the rear an disconnect the front driveshaft keeping an eye out for the spring.
  6. Thank you, I will check it tomorrow
  7. On my Coleman ut400 I plowed the driveway it was fine went back out a little while later I released the parking brake the light went off I moved it about a foot the parking brake light came on and kept beeping but it moved fine. I’ve tried it in reverse and forward and push the parking brake and released it and the light is on and beeps when it’s in gear.
  8. I have a Coleman ut400, when I use the winch to raise the plow the battery light comes on, once I let off the switch the light goes off. Does anyone know if that’s normal?
