drill some new holes mount in stock location 2 u clamps cut ends off stock rack drill tap to fit new rack cut tie rod to lenth weld back. abought 4 hour job not selling kits.sorry.

a couple of years at least, I don't know why the unisteer is so much, the satv has increased in price since I got mine, it works well and the only times is doesn't have enough power is in 4x4 & locker. Other than that, it's been good. If you order one, get the 220W model, there are several different mount methods on this site and the ujoints supplied do not match the trooper spline pattern so you have to do some creative matching. I suppose both units have this problem. I was just looking at the satv polaris ranger set up and it may have parts that work with joyners, call them and see what they offer.
kinarfi i took my trooper to super atv an let them us mine to make all brackets they were desiening new bigger motor for them at that time..

This temp sensor were is it located at I took my gauges out but I didn't do nothing with a sensor ?

NO NOT YET i put new temp sencor in did not help . but i didn't wire the gauge back up. so i'm going to put gauge back in an see what happens,

the old one quite working i took it out it broke doing so. i retaped the head to standard thread for maunal gauge. will a small rezester work? an do i power that pin?

i put manual gauge in . know it runs rich. can anybody tell me what i need to do with the wires to corect it?

IMO, all fuseboxs should be changed with aftermarket. Bunch of people have had issues with stock stuff, especially behind the seat. Including me.

got new fuse box in. starts an runs good. but amp gage dosen't work an tach is slow.

I'm just going off a $hi##y memory here from all my research when I was looking to turbo charge, but I think stock injectors are 12lbs/hr, maybe 13.
STOCK INJECTORS ARE 10# PER HR i have a set of 19# per hr if anybody needs some $50.00

Hey Dave it's so hard for me to plan something I'll let you know when it gets closer. I need to go it's been awhile since I been riding.Is it a 60" wide restriction my trooper is 64" wide
they been maken them wider a lot of rzrs been going their you'll make it tight in spots.
