Hi I just bought a 2020 tracker 800sx crew and looking for a lift kit. It's an identical twin of the 2019 Textron prowler pro crew. It has decent ground clearance at around 11 inches but with the long wheel base of the crew it tends to drag it's belly a good bit. I'll probably end up making one but just seeing if anyone has seen anything yet. Thanks

I have a 2020 800 sx with about 16 hours on it. From day one I have heard a clunking noise from the front end going over bumps. Has anyone else experienced this? Also this past weekend while out riding I heard a noise that sounded like the dump bed bounced three or four different times, again has anyone experienced anything like that. Thanks, gary

Just wondering if anyone has had problems with bed warping coming from the heat from the muffler.. If I ride more than 5 minutes my bed starts warping from the heat.. Does anyone have any recommendations on what wrap or shield I can get to prevent this before my bed starts cracking or the warping becomes permanent.. I only have about 50hrs on the UTV.. Basspro said they haven’t had this problem from anyone else.. Hard to believe..

⚠️****WARNING POTENTIAL BUYERS****⚠️ After receiving my new 2022 Tracker 800SX LE and having only 11 miles on the engine I have had it back in the shop at Cabela's several times for repair on a major safety issue. About 30% of the time when I put the vehicle in park it does not remain in park and will roll like it is in neutral. The Cabela's store I took it to has been really helpful trying to figure out the problem but I am going on 15 total days its been in their possession and they still do not know what to do as they are waiting on the next set of instructions from Textron. I have asked for a refund at this point but they are not willing to do that yet. I have filed a BBB formal compliant and told them I paid $18,000.00 cash for this machine and expected it to function as a normal operating UTV. Cabela's and Textron have issued a stop sale or movement of any of these vehicles due to this issue. Buyers beware, this is a serious problem and will more than likely end up in a nationwide recall. I have been told by the Cabela's Maintenance Manager that this has happened to more than one customer. I hope Cabela's comes through and does the right thing by issuing me a refund as this is unacceptable.

Hi everyone, March 12th I picked up my new Tracker 800SX LE in blue.

I have had my 800sx at the shop 3 times in one year. The first two it would not run their diagnosis was water in the fuel. The third time the unit stalled and a code of low oil pressure popped up. I checked the oil it was full. I brought it in for service again. They said there is water in the fuel again! They also said water in the fuel would cause the oil pressure sensor to malfunction. ( they must think I am a idiot! ) I have three other 4 wheelers of different years and I have never once had a issue with water in the fuel. I told them to figure out how water is getting in there. Its still under warranty. I am at a loss. Its 1 hour for me to bring the unit up there. I am regretting purchasing this unit! Has anyone else had this happen to them? Mike

Has anyone found aftermarket side mirrors that work with angled bars on the 800sx other than the super expensive factory ones?

My 800 sx with 75 hours is under warranty and began rough idle and unburned fuel coming out exhaust. I am located in eastern Arizona 5.5 hour drive from selling dealer (Bass Pro) in Mesa, Az. Called Tracker factory and they tell me there are dealers in Prescott and in Lake Havasu Az in far west Arizona. Tracker needs to find and appoint a dealer in Show Low Az if they want to compete with Polaris in the White Mountains. Show low is only 90 miles from me and I could live with that.

Has anyone found a good cover for a 800SX LE. Cabela's has a good heavy duty cover with zippers so you can access the cab without removing the cover but the dimension sizes are too small for the Tracker.

Just curious what the part number is for the cvt clutch removal tool for a 2021 800sx is, or if it’s the same tool as other models?
