Please help, About to buy a new 2020 mule 700 MX. For driving back to my cottage which is only accessible by a 5 km off-road trail. My parents currently have a 2010 teyrx which does the job for a joke. The trail is fairly smooth -1 big rock Rock section that you have to climb. A big rtv 1100 Kabota does it no problem as well.
I am looking into the mule because of its bench seat. One of my dogs cannot run in front because they’ve had a hip replacement. she also has anxiety and is not fare well on the teyrx. We think mainly because she can’t get comfortable because of the centre consul. We were thinking because of the mules bench seat she would be able to sit comfortably between me and my wife.
my concern is the mules off-road capability. Do they fare pretty well in the woods/decently smooth ride?
I also plan to do yardwork and plough my driveway with this mule MX. I love the size of it as well, Because it will be easy to store in my shed plus tow behind in my SUV.
please let me know what it’s like in the woods/snow (in Nova Scotia we mainly only have 5inchs Of snow fall on the ground at a time)
please help, me with Determining its off-road capabilities. determining it’s off-road capabilities and keep In mind the trail is in good condition. Also my 700 Yamaha raptor, and 400ex use to do the trail amazing. To give an idea that the trail of pretty good.
Hello Folks - newbie here with my first post so go easy on me. I picked up a Buck 400 in May 2020 direct from Massimo when they were doing a closeout sale on the 400 models. I read the reviews and was skeptical.
We live in a golf cart community we do not plan any off roading - just some very mild work tasks like hauling firewood / brush etc. Honestly, all we do is cruise around our neighborhood roads. I pulled the trigger b/c the price was cheaper than a 2WD lifted golf cart and the Buck had way more features.
We have a few steep hills and after about 20 - 30 minutes of cruising, my check engine light comes on. It only happens when we are going up or down one of the hills . We head straight home and things seem fine the next day. Light never comes on unless we tackle multiple hills during one ride.
Should I be worried?
PS - Unit is 4 months old and has 258 miles on it - barely broken in. I've yet to go full throttle on a flat or up a hill.
Curious if anyone has successfully added a light bar to a Coleman / Hisun 550cc UTV. I got mine at Tractor supply last November, but I understand they are the same machine as a Hisun.
I've been scouring the interwebs for information regarding the wiring harness to no avail. Wondering if anyone on this forum as had success and could offer some tips.

We just bought a 2014 Massimo 1100 with only 27 drive hours on it. We took it out a couple of times and then the check engine light came on. We took it to an authorized massimo shop and they can't figure out what's wrong. Any advice?! We are in Utah.
