I am posting my challenges with replacement tires so others do not go down the same path .

I was looking for some DOT rated 10  ply tires for a Kubota RTV 1100 getting a Boss V-plow installed on it to get a weight rating of UTV + Plow + payload.

I thought the GBC Motorsports Kanati Mongrel Radial Tire (25x10R-12)  was just what was needed.

Ordered them in - got them mounted professionally - attempted a balance, received a call from the service center requesting a visit to see for myself why they stopped the install.

Picked up the machine  and its unsafe to operate.

The amount of lift and drop is extreme.

We lifted the machine and rotated each tire while mounted and got readings of 75% of tread fairly consistent and round 25% drops in almost 1/2" to more than 1/2".

We attempted to use the tire index yellow dots in line with valve stem and opposite valve stem - no significant improvement. GBC will not or cannot give indexing information.

Working thru the return process now but not holding my breath - Dealer and Manufacture both state since they are mounted they cannot be returned. I dont know how without mounting i would find the defects.

So from my perspective stay away from teh GBC Mongrels on the Kubota RTV's

If you do buy them don't expect them to stand behind their product. You can expect the hassle of mounting, un-mounting, re-mounting, attempting a balance for a tire that turns at slow speeds. Expect they will want video's of all 4 corners, and than expect that it will take you two weeks to even get noticed.....

Don't expect your dealer can do much more for you as GBC controls the process so I have been told.

So spend a little more money and buy a brand you have heard of.

Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check
      New Voltage Regulator...check.
Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

I posted this before , but I had the year wrong. The part I need is for a 2014, I don't know what all years will work, but I need the 2 bearing style with the spacer in the middle. It looks like this pic. If anyone has one I'll buy it rite away. my email is [email protected]. Thanks, RC

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

My rtv 1140 won't turn over.  I've jumped the neutral switch, and the brake switch, and checked the ignition switch. I'm not getting any power to the trigger wire on the starter solenoid.  It starts fine with the key on and putting power to the trigger wire on the solonoid.
Does a 2010 RTV 1140 cpx have a starter relay?
Does anyone have a wiring diagram?

I am about 6 months in to owning my 520. It is used mainly to run back and forth to our barn and shop. Occasionally, I run it up and down a few fairly steep hills on the property. One day, as I was going up one of the hills, the motor started sputtering and a tremendous amount of smoke was coming out of the exhaust. I was near the top and it made it (sputtering) up. Once back on the flat, I made it home. I loaded it on the trailer and took it back to the dealer. They said they checked everything out and found no issues. Over the next month or so, I only had occasion to go up hills once or twice with no issue. Then one day, again as I was going up a hill, the engine sputtered, giant plume of white smoke and then the engine died. 30 seconds later, started up and made it to the top. Repeated the route (down and up) and the same thing happened again. Called the dealer and their head of service said he would come out and wanted to see it first hand. He came out a few days later and repeated the route several time and it never happened with him in it. I had videoed the whole thing on one of the times it happened to me, but since it happens intermittently, could not produce it when he was here. I told him that I had checked the temperature, the oil level and the antifreeze level after each occurrence and they were normal. I asked him to call Kubota and ask what the possibilities were and that I am not fond of it dying on the hill and blowing the smoke and I didn't want to wait until something catastrophic happened to figure it out. When I followed up, they had no answers (which doesn't exactly please me). Any ideas? The attached photo was the start of the smoking. Didn't know how to upload the video of the whole thing, but it fogged the whole area.
