Reprogramming engine management system on yardsport 700xlt

I have a 2012 yardsport 700xlt that started with a high idle, I changed out the throttle body but it was still too high. I then messed with the throttle cable positioning and now it will run for about 30 sec. and then as soon as I touch the gas it sputters and dies like its getting too much gas. I've changed out the filters and checked the pump. It could be something completely else but a mechanic told me to reset the engine management system but all I know to do is take the battery cables off and touch the 2 ends together.

I believe my 2015 HiSun you hold the gas pedal to floor and let it hit the rev limiter for 3 seconds and shut the key off.  Im sure someone else will chime in and let us know if I am incorrect. Hope I was some help.

      Hey all, I was just wondering what you guys consider a necessary upgrade or spare part to have or mod onto your machine.
      I'm going for a kind of shtf survival rig that's not going to be SUPER heavy and I'm looking at getting:
      A spare belt (I keep seeing this mentioned everywhere I look so it must be important)
      A spare tire and mount( So would I need a jack like one from an old jeep or something else?)
      Tire chains for the winter
      And maybe a cargo bed upgrade so things don't slide out.
      Bumpers because duh.
      I already installed high output lights and have a windshield, roof, back window, and winch. And I outfitted a Molle panel for the back of my passenger seat with extra supplies like food, first aid, and spare mags.
      Any advise on increasing durability, longevity, and having something on hand because it's absolutely necessary would be a plus.

      I have a 2026 Massimo 760L and also the Massimo snowblower attachment and would like to do a permanent install on the control cable and switch. Does anyone have a recommendation regarding the routing of the cable and mounting of the control switch?

      2009 Rhino 700 won't idle well

      Bought my 2009 Yamaha Rhino, (fuel injected of course), recently from the original owner. Only had 500 miles and 70hrs. Starts reliably, however, it will not idle but about 50% of the time. Also, when driving slow in low or high, that is to say, relatively low rpms and below about 10 mph, it bucks and almost wants to die..... not smooth at all. However, at speed (say 12-15 mph or more) it runs very well, like it should. Any ideas?

      Hi,
      I have an Axis 500 2022, here's my question. Is it normal that there is a gap of a few centimeters when I press the gas pedal before the engine increase speed, as if there was a looseness? Therefore I would not have all the power.
