Engine died going up incline ( check spark plug wire)

Recommended Posts

Went for a short ride yesterday and didn’t realize it was going to be shorter than expected. Started heading up a hill and then started to miss and then died. The first thing I thought was here we go, it’s now started it’s first failure of many to come. Well lucky for me I opened up the bed and after scratching my head for ten minutes, I happened to look at the spark plug wire and it had backed off of the plug just enough to loose contact. After burning my hand on exhaust, (lol) I took a pair off needle nose pliers and squeezed the contact a little smaller and then snapped it back on and been perfect ever since. Just wanted you guys to know in case this happens to you. Only takes a second to check to eliminated this issue going forward.

Regards, Rick

I have a Coleman Outfitter 550 purchased in January 2022 that runs and operates pretty well.  65 hours on it so far.   It is a work vehicle for my 10 hilly acres with two 1 acre woods and 5 acres of "lawn".  The rest is under a lake.
My parking brake does not seem to have any grip.  It worked when new but after a month or so, it is just almost useless.     I press the parking brake pedal hard until it stops. Still, it won't hold even on slight inclines.   I don't see the caliper move as I press the brake pedal down.  There seems to be plenty of pad left on it and the rotor is shiny as if it is rubbing a little when applied, but not enough to stop it from rolling.
      Any thoughts on possible causes?

Hi, all! I. I'm new to the board, hoping someone could help me out! I have a 2020 Hisun Sector 550C that I bought new in 2021. Today, I took some stuff next door to my parents. When I went to leave, I turned on the key, heard the solenoid click, but no lights, no guage activity, no fuel pump, and no starter.

The battery is good, I checked all the fuses, they are good. Not sure if the relays are good, or even what to look for there. Is it possible that it's maybe a wire?
I'm really stumped on this one! Any help would be deeply appreciated! Attached is a pic of the fuse box layout.

      Thanks!
      Todd
