    • I'm having a similar issue with my Axis 500.  It seems to bog down and struggle, particularly on inclines/hills (see video).  Frustratingly, it also only happens intermittently, more often when the machine has been running for a while (I use it for farm work only).  So far I have: Replaced fuel filter Replaced fuel injector Replaced MAP sensor (reset ECU after) Replaced spark plug Verified air filter is clean Verified no obstructions in exhaust I only run it on 91+ gas and put a can of seafoam through it to no avail I did previously have an issue with a failed one-way bearing, but this particular issue predates that failure.  I replaced the one-way bearing a few months ago and inspected the wet clutch, primary/secondary clutches and belt while I was in there-didn't see anything of concern.  Where do I go from here? • Got it running. The 4wd gets 12v power but does not engage. The posi traction (rear end) does not engage also.  Any one have experience / ideas on fixing these items?   Thanks Dave
    • I don't know anything about the atvs, but he you tried shorting the solenoid with a screwdriver, and if so does it crank over or start?
    • Thanks for the info. I did locate the part on partstree and it was very expensive $291.00 plus tax and shipping total $325. The part wasn't much bigger than a quarter. I'll try and include a Pic. Anyway I installed it and the UTV runs well. Yes it is gas not propane. I switched to non-ethonal gas.
    • Clyde, are you aware that number is for a propane carb. Are you trying to run it on gas? That carb is available for around 300.-00. If you were noty aware that it was propane powered, I would be trying to get a refundGood luckYou may be able to switch it to gas but thats not my forte. Oh, I saw the part available on partstree and a coupla other sites (ebay)
