On the top of the carburetor take off the two or three screws and remove the needle and adjust the "C" clip move it down one position and test to see if that helps. As well adjust the fuel\air adjustment screw that is either on the front or the rear of the carburetor. When the engine is running (idle) adjust the screw until the engine starts to speed up then adjust the idle screw until the engine Idles at the speed that you want.
