seems I’m unable to get any response to my question….

2015 massimo gunner 250, 100 hrs use. Problem: when attempting to add antifreeze, thru the radiator cap, of course, the a/f will not go into the radiator? (the overflow reservoir is at “low”, so more is needed? Also, when in use, the temp gauge shows normal temp, but never “hot”). Blockage? Any advice appreciated!
