  1. If used a SKF roller bearing as well, which did not match my requirements, as brake feels soft (due to a not straight drive according to the brake pads, caused by play in bearing). Old setup: new pics come in 2Weeks
  2. Loctite isn't an appropriate solution as its prevents from optimal service. It also don't solves the fitment issue. As we use compact bearings, you can't open them for this modification. Compared to a car, things should just fit perfectly for good operating. It may work for you, as you don't use the Buggy for long distances as we do in Germany (road use) (several thousand km per year).
  3. just some pics from stock to now stock winter tear down, new design new elektronics, lights, seats new rims and brakes actual setup
  4. Due to the fitment problem I changed now to Opel spare part bearing 34x66x35 and drilled knuckle as well as hub to the correct size.
  5. sure these bearings are a great quality, if the wheel hub does not fit correctly, you will still have problems after long use. The chineese hub does not have the needed diameter 35.05, it's more likely 34,90-34,95. In this case you will notice bad fitment when you can firm both parts by hand already. This hub needs a connection that ist under pressure: Hub 35.05mm Bearing 34.99mm
  6. Hi guys, this is Christian from Germany. In order to check some options for running the BB1100 with more power i`m looking for some information about the stock ecu or some modification of it. I know there is some on the market already, but dont know the supplier. The shop calls about 590€ ( 796$) for it, and i think thats way to much. The new ECU eliminates the hole in acceleration about 4200rpm - do you know that problem also? regards
