2018 Cub Cadet 750 Challenger won’t go into 4 wheel drive

The 4 wheel drive lights come on but it is not in 4 wheel drive. The front diff light doesn’t come on when I push the diff lock. -
I purchased my 2018 Cub Cadet 750 Challenger new in July 2019 and it will not go into 4 wheel drive. Has this ever happened to anyone or do you have any idea as to what could be wrong?
