Yes and it grinds when going into gear I messed with it some more last night and I'm thinking the outer clutch is bad but not sure how its all supposed to work

I put a new wet clutch in my 16 challenger and when I got everything together and start it the belt is spinning in neutral is that normal if not what could be my problem
