Just put new rings in my joyner trooper 1100 and it still smokes. I dont know what else to do. Can some one tell me why?

Has anyone rebuilt a head on a joyner trooper 1100? Where can i order those parts from?

I used them not long ago for fuel injectors. They were perfect. Joyner wanted $400 for them. All 4. And i got them for $40 through Alibaba. Delivery was slow but spot on price and parts. Took about 3 weeks to get them.
