  1. Has anyone dealt with Z&W. Talking to them seems so mysterious. They won't divulge their locations and say they are not insured to allow the public on their properties. I just wonder where they will take my Axis 500? They won't tell you.
  2. Where about are you located? What was the company name? I am now wondering if all of their repair facilities are at secret locations and if so Why? I need service and I am afraid to use them. Who here has dealt with Z&W Motor Sports? What was your feeling afterwords? Thanks to anyone that can shed light on this issue.
  3. I also bought an Axis 500 from lowes. Not bad for the money. I have been trying to figure out how to get Warranty work done, this is a mystery who or where they are. Z&W Motor sports is who i'm told to use. They say I can pay for them to pick it up or I can meet a freight truck somewhere along their route. They will then take it to the repair location. They say they are not insured to allow owners on their properties.... I purchased it 5-30-21. The fuel gauge hasn't worked from new, also has a squeaking sound coming from the right rear wheel area, sounds like a dry U joint or CV joint. It could be a brake noise but I don't think so. I live near Tulsa Okla. I would greatly suggest you make sure there really is local support in your area. Z&W wants to take it to an undisclosed place to work on it then if parts are not readily available, then what? I only have about 35 miles on it. Let me know how it works out for you.. If anyone can clear up the Warranty Mystery Please Do. Thanks.
