I have a BD300, thinking its at 2010 or there about with the Subaru engine. Having issues with really no speed, with the pedal all the way down, the isn't much "High Idle" more of a medium. Top speed may to 6 to 8 miles per hour. Any ideas, not really a mechanic, but can do some simple work. Thanks, Chris Elliott
