Which relay did you replace? I'm getting erratic voltage to fuel pump. Turn key hits 12v then drops to 5v -

Fuel pump was working erratically, now dead. Doesn't work even with 12v bypass jumper leads. Wire lead tests at 12v, then drops to 5v almost immediately 😳 ?? What to look for or replace?
