Did you find resolution to your issue? I am working on a 2018 Sector 750 and that is the same issue it was having. I just got the wet clutch cover off and the clutch is bad. Clutch material is missing and the clutch hub that is supposed to be machined smooth is grooved. Take your plastics off so you can get to the belt cover and then inspect the belt and primary & secondary pulleys/sheaves. If no issues with those, remove those and the back of the belt cover then remove the wet clutch cover to inspect. YouTube has videos on removing all those parts.
