Hello I have a 08 hisun 700 and apparently that year they had frost plugs in the cylinder head and were know to corrode and start leaking.  Well I have one and I have tried the jb weld to seal the leak but no go.  Is there anyone that can tell me the mesurements  of the cylinder frost plug hole. Apparently you cannot buy them  not available, so I'll try to source something if I can get the mesurements.   Thanks Thumpalong

I had mentioned in a previous post that I had removed the front anti-roll bar from my 2020 Outfitter 400; I ran that way for a month or so without noticing any downside however recently I installed a 'suicide knob" (see below) to assist my Parkinson's disease affected arms in turning the beast--but after doing so i found that in the quicker, tighter turns the knob permitted the vehicle would nosedive a bit, dig in, and plow  on hard surfaces--not scary, but quite noticeably.
So I put the bar back on. Then today I got about 1-1/2 miles down the main road on the nearby power lines, turned around and came home to take it off--with the bar on, at 25 to 30 MPH, the front-end of the beast jumped like rabbit at each bump in either wheel rut., for a nearly brutal and quite uncomfortable ride. the bar (20 mm solid steel) is far too robust for the weight of the vehicle. The front bar on my 3900 lb. Infinity M37 is 30 mm...
      suicide knob--for you younger folks:

I have been working on variations of the Clutching for the 6 Arm design and have had Outstanding results . The Test vehicle is a 21 Turbo RR completely stock. All changes are in the Primary Clutch . The 6 Arm clutch made more power than the P Drive (stock) after the 6 Arm was properly calibrated. Here is the final Dyno pull . This is the stock clutching vs. the Prototype Kit . Very Impressive ......Just wanted to show that you can get plenty of performance out of the 6 Arm clutch and not buy a P Drive . In Fact , i tweaked a P Drive and The Graph was almost identical when both clutches were ran ....Both of these clutches were ran on the same machine ....

      Hello All,
I got myself into a project with an MSU500 that I got after a dealership had done a teardown on part of the engine. The previous owner had been riding and it died. i was told the dealer said that whatever was wrong couldn't be fixed, parts not available. A bolt for the Starter Clutch had loosened and vibrated out destroying the Stator and shearing the Woodruff key.  I have replaced all of that and put the motor back together. My problem now is I'm a Carb. guy never touched an EFI machine and I am getting no gas to the motor. I have confirmed that there is No gas getting to the cylinder, it fires with starting fluid. The fuel pump is working, i have pressure to the Injector and power to the Black and White lead on the Injector and the same on the Red and white lead to the ECM/ECU. I have been reading and trying to understand some of the troubleshooting steps that I've found. I also have done the test with the Injector pulled out and put in a container and tried, not even a drop of fuel comes out. I have also tried with a New Injector installed with the same results.
I know this is not a Simple system but any input, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

On a side note: This probably needs a new topic. but while i'm and this will sound foolish but.
Does anyone know where the Fuse Box is on a 2016 MSU500?? Believe me I've gone thru everything Under the hood. It is not in with or near the battery box as one manual says. Not one the firewall, inside out under the hood. I have spent hours working on both sides of the motor and Under it and I've not found it there. And after looking up a New Part for this I can't even find what are shown to be the correct Leads from the wiring harness to Plug into the unit.
I thank you All in advance for any suggestions or info that you might be able and willing to provide,

      Robert
