I was riding at approx 30mph when I heard a very loud noise.  Engine immediately died and coasted roughly 50ft.  There was a trail of oil and now the machine is locked up.  Will not crank or go in to neutral.  Machine has 3300 miles.

Sounds like you need to crawl under and take a look and see what's broken, where its leaking, etc. Unfortunately we can not do that for you over the internet.

Post a picture of where the oil is leaking from and we can help identify the issue.

I have never seen a complete hisun engine sold aside from a few random one off sales on ebay.

Did you get a look and determine its dead? What exactly is wrong with it? There are certainly parts available depending on the exact issue. It you want to swap it anyway I would go ahead and remove it and try to figure out exactly what failed first.

Rod came thru the block.  It’s really bad. Side cover and lower section of engine have a large chunk knocked out.  There’s not internal parts that are usable.   A short block might work.    I found a 2018 complete but I am not sure it will work in the 2019.    I’m told 2016-2018 is different that 2019 and up.

Not sure the exact year for cutoff on engine designs, i think the only major change is going from cabed to EFI. Not aware of any short blocks available. Unfortunately might be better off looking at a new SxS.

I have a 2007 Joyner 1100 sand viper and  before it even get's to where the thermostat opens up the oil pressure get's so low I have to shut it down. What could fix this ? I thought about adding an oil cooler with fan, thicker oil, or removing the thermostat. Any advice?

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

Onto the next problem, everything has been replaced in the charging system except the Flywheel Rotor, I have it torn apart all the way down to said rotor, but it is suggested that a specific puller is required, and a compatible rotor seems virtually impossible to find.  I can find many like it, but this one is mine scenario for those that get the reference.  For all I know I have the last Massimo Buck 400S on the planet and will never find another part again, but who knows.  Any ideas, help or otherwise that anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.
