Hello.  Can anyone provide location of fuel pump relay switch.  According to the tech at Massimo it is not in the fuse/relay switch box but mounted near the fuel pump, but I am not seeing it.  Pics would be appreciated also and thank you in advance.

As far as I know all relays and fuses are located inside the battery box.  At least mine is.

Any idea which switch it is.  The label on the fuse box cover just shows fuses not relays.  Thanks

I have changed everything and still have that problem! It runs, quits, sputters and bogs down. If you can keep it going it'll run fine at high speeds when driving it, but uses a lot of fuel and a strong odor of gas. I cant figure it out! No help from Massimo and I've made several calls and sent e-mails!  Also had it in 3 separate shops, to no help! Still runs the same! It overheated once when a water hose worked loose, but not to the point of hurting the engine. The only thing that's ever happened to it, up till this running issue!  I could use some help too and you aren't alone.

It has now quit running, but getting red fire. I haven't a clue! I'm going to change the only thing I haven't. If this is the problem, I'm going to have to eat crow! My wife told me its probably the fuel pump!

If it is the relay or the fuel pump, where are you going to get replacements? I am curious. 😁

I have no idea where it's at, or what it looks like. I know where the fuel pump is and I made an access panel to easily get to it. There is no relay switch there, but the wires run to the battery box and to the outside  on the dash board, on the drivers side.

Mine is in two locations. The master relay is in the battery box in mine and it's a black box with three plugs going into the bottom of it and there's an auxiliary relay under the dash panel above the drivers side wheel. Hope this helps you. according to photos, the larger one in the battery box is the master relay.

Go to e bay and type in fuel pump relay for your Massimo and it will show you what it looks like. It's a shame that e bay has more info than the dealers do, if you can even find one! As soon as I get mine running again, It's going to a Kabota or Ranger dealer somewhere!

I posted this before , but I had the year wrong. The part I need is for a 2014, I don't know what all years will work, but I need the 2 bearing style with the spacer in the middle. It looks like this pic. If anyone has one I'll buy it rite away. my email is [email protected]. Thanks, RC

I have an 850. It’s been overheating. The electric fan is not kicking on. I see the temperature switch going into the radiator, but there’s no wire plugging in to it or none to be found in the area. i’m thinking I might’ve hooked on a branch and it ripped out the harness on that part. Does anybody have a picture or no where that plugs into on the harness? On the top of the firewall, I did notice some plugs that have nothing plugged into it. I was wondering if it’s a harness that goes from there down to the radiator that was pulled off

My rtv 1140 won't turn over.  I've jumped the neutral switch, and the brake switch, and checked the ignition switch. I'm not getting any power to the trigger wire on the starter solenoid.  It starts fine with the key on and putting power to the trigger wire on the solonoid.
Does a 2010 RTV 1140 cpx have a starter relay?
Does anyone have a wiring diagram?

Have a MSU 500 that we got from my wife's uncle a while back. We've had it running and hauling around the property but it stopped a few months ago after what I thought was running out of gas and I'm just getting to looking into it.
Had fuel to the injector but nothing coming out the injector so swapped with new injector and installed inline filter in the supply hose from fuel pump. Tried again and still nothing but noticed this time that I can't hear the fuel pump priming.
Pulled off the electrical connection and I'm getting 12V to the fuel pump but it won't run. Put it on a test bench and got it to run so put test lamp between +ve and -ve terminals on the connector and nothing. Checked against the passenger seat securing post and get a light.
Tried chasing the wire back and think that the ground is through the ECU but not 100% sure. Can someone confirm for me? And if it is through the ECU, is the ECU just grounded against the frame or is it wired through to the battery?
Thanks in advance and hope this all make sense!
