Please don’t go through any website like this at all without researching the company involved first. There are more suitcase companies than ever on sites like China Direct. A suitcase company is basically nothing but photos on the internet. If it sounds to good to be true, be very careful. There are good deals to be found and Parallel Importing as it is known & can be a great way to secure a bargain. Add in shipping, tax, port charge fees and with something as big as a Husqvarna 4421 and the fact that you have no Warranty means that even if the company you are dealing with is legitimate, the risk is far from over. You might loose a few bucks, or you could save thousands making this sort of deal a gamble. Up to you.

Cheers Mike.

thanks for the input mike

i have done a little more research on the company they are a trading company that deals in husqvarna and have been around 10 years. they are including all taxes and fees in the price with shipping to the US, they allso have a one year warrenty on unit. i know it is a roll of the dice, but trying to get as much info as i can befoe jumping in.

OK that’s good and the odds are in your favour now. If this company is authentic you will save on the deal. Next step is to look at the Husqvarna 4421 model and try and find out what goes wrong with them. I know you said there is a 1 year warranty, but how hard will this be for you to enforce this from another country. International warranty's are legitimate, but you don’t wont to rely on it so see if this Husqvarna model has a good name first. There will be other hidden costs like storage before you arrange a pick up, bank fees to wire your money and if you live inland away from the port of arrival shipping can be expensive. I live in another country but once shipped a car from Chicago to the port of L.A and it was very expensive.

Parts and servicing will not be a problem for you. If you like you can post or PM me the details of the trading company and I’ll give you my thoughts on them, I’m pretty good at finding out about Chinese companies.

Cheers Mike.

well after a lot of thought and reading until my eyes hurt, i am going to stay with a local dealer on this. the one thing that really changed my mind was the return e-mail address - [email protected]. a co-worker spotted it, if company has been around that long they should have legitimate e-mail account by now. anyway i just dont feel like gambling with 6,800 rather spend a couple of extra bucks and have dealer behind me. if you are interested the name was jing yu trading company ltd. and yes you are right the shipping can cost you alot but i work for a trucking company so my rate would be good.

thanks for the help.

cahill valley, I had a quick look and from that I can normally tell if they are legitimate or get alarm bells ringing. I got alarm bells my friend. You just made a the right call. That’s not to say that they are a suitcase company, but further investigation would be needed first. I only looked at this for five minutes and found two alarm bells that stops me from looking any further.

Firstly, a lot of suitcase companies use similar name of a successful Chinese enterprise. I Googled Jingyu Trading Company Ltd and two similar names that are legitimate companies showed up, Shanghai Jingyu International Trading Co, LTD and Guangdong Jingyu Trading Co, LTD. They are trying to guide you into believing that there may be a link with one of these other Jingyu Trading Companies. One manufactures chemicals & the other makes clothing. Nothing to do with Powersports.

Secondly, I found your Husqvarna that you were looking at on the China Suppliers website, then I looked in the ‘Company Info Box’ where they boldly state annual turnover 50 to 100 Million USD$. Not bad, but have a look in the member since, it says 2011. Now this only means that the have been a member of “China Supplies” website since 2011, however a company with such a massive turnover would have their own website and yes, a business email. I could not find a stand alone website for this massive company, that’s a big bell right there.

The way I see it, you just saved $6800 so don’t feel bad about not grabbing a bargain.

When you get the Husqvarna, take some photos and post them on here. We would love to here all about it.

Cheers Mike

I just bought an older (2008) Teryx 750 and am having some concerns.  Hoping of course, that most are not too big. . . but more knowledgeable folks like yourselves will surely have some ideas.  Thanks in advance.
-- about 2700 hrs, camo version
-- Starting:  after not running much at the auction site, I tried it and it was tough to start but half of this was likely I did not quite know the tricks for how long to keep the choke on. However, once it started it was kind of hard to keep running until it warmed up(once warmed it starts perfectly every time with no choke).  Now, back to running after the first ignition:  I had to hold the RPM's up a bit to keep it running and when doing so it sounded as if a little gnome was inside the engine pounding on something at random intervals.  Wondering if this could be detonation-- "knocking"?  After warming, it disappeared completely.  Maybe just need higher octane gas??
-- After starting and running a bit there was a pretty terrible smell, most "like" burning rubber or an electrical fire.  No fire or resolution of this.  Eventually this TOO went mostly away, but still basically present.  Could it be adjustment needed for the main belt variable speed tranny?
-- When I move from neutral into either Lo or HIGH range forward gears, I get gear clashing.  I did NOT put foot on brake and read in manual(just NOW) that you are supposed to do so.  (I have NOT gotten back out to check and see if this matters. )  OR, could it be part of the drive system is mashed up??!  Geez, hope not.
-- There is a big open hole allowing direct sight into the belt transmission on the back right side.  This can't be normal, it must require some plastic cover.  Right?  Any rodent could get right into the transmission!
-- THere appears to be no muffler or spark arrestor unit.  This "could " be the cause of some of the smell. . . ??  but that should not smell like burning rubber or electrical smell. . .

      SO.  That is all.
I sure would appreciate any insight on this issues and finally(!). . . if I was to take this into a local dealer what would you say are the top three issues I should have them address first?

      thanks!

      Good afternoon,
I have a 2022 Bobcat 34XL.  Over time, I have to press harder and harder on the brake pedal before the ignition will fire. Now I have to practically stand on it with all my weight to get it to start.  Does anyone know if there is a spring or something that might need replacing, or have had this issue before? I don't have any schematics of the brake sensor/assembly.
      TIA

Just bought a brand new 2022 (NOS) Sector E1 with Lithium upgrade. (Single 135ah/200amp continuous). I've climbed a moderate hill in my woods probably 20 times since buying it. Today It won't climb it unless I am in Low. In High it almost makes it and then completely dies and I have to roll back down the hill. In Mid range (Max Range) I can't get 2 feet up the hill and the power output in only 100 amps, I have climbed this hill in every speed before many times. I put it on the trailer tonight and it wouldn't even get on the dang trailer in mid range. Torque is gone. That being said, when I am just cruising around in Midrange, it runs absolutely perfect with plenty of power. The only thing I did was charge it up, that is all. I charged to 100% using the charger that came with the battery. Before you think the BMS is shutting down due to overcharge protection, remember I am going UP hill so there is no regeneration AND I have done it before at 100% charge AND another big problem is that after 1 mile it is already down to 85% so it's not over charging and why is the battery draining so fast when I got 27 miles before. Battery output is fine in Low it pulls 200 amp up the hill just like normal so that doesn't point to the battery being the issue. All the individual cells on the battery are in line, so there is no dead cell either. I am tech savvy but to toward electric motors and I tried to cover all my bases. Please don't tell me basics like torque is reduced in High and Mid. The only thing I can think of is that I smelled something when I took my first drive today and I thought it was the Ebrake dragging but there was the correct amount of play in the cable and I jacked up the rear wheels and they spin freely. maybe something burned out in the motor, I do not knowm still runs great, we'll see if I have any trouble on the hills at the lake house this weekend. Maybe this is "Normal" and the settings were off before and was giving equal torque for whatever reason instead of 50% in Mid and 70% in High like the manual says....
For reference....this is it not even able to get on the trailer in mid range
