anyone have a part# for a replacment fuel filter ? I found the fram number listed in the parts section but its not correct , maybe for earlier units.

MY inlet port is around 3/4 in dia an that other one was eithe 5/16 or 3/8.

Actually, that's is the correct number, the way they use it is to put a short piece of 5/16 or 3/8 on first, then slide the 1/2 over that and clamp it, that way the hose fits the fuel pump inlet. A; ;east, that's the way mine is. They also did the same trick where the oil from the air oil separator drains back into the pan on mine. I think the best fix is to get a 1/2 to 3/8 brass fitting and use that to match the two different sizes of hose fittings.

I thought about it after I left to disneyland yeaterday and I posted that incorrectly, the inlet on the pump was large and the filter inlet was small with a large outlet.Pretty stupid, and goes against everything ever said about fuel system design. Normally you run 1 size larger on the inlet to the pump ,say -8 to the pump and -6 from pump to regulator,so as not to starve the pump and prevent cavatation (sp)

Kinarfi is very right about using brass fittings you don't want a fuel leak or possibly air getting into the line. After talking to Lenny the other day I bought a racing type cannister fuel filter. The element is replaceble and not to expensive, the do come in many different sizes and basicly they are desinged for our type of application.

Runs fine just putting around the yard. Get it out on the road and about a half miles it runs out of gas. Let it idle for a few minutes and it will run for another half mile and do it again. Replaced both fuel pumps and filter. Does anyone know if I can get rid of the factory fuel pump?

I have a Coleman 550.  Was having problems to start with where it would start and then shut off after a couple tries. It would take off and be good. It then got to a point where it would not start at all. I replaced the fuel injection twice the second time I replaced it I noticed a mouse or something had chewed one of the wires that connect the electrical to the fuel injector. . So two-part question first does anybody have a part number for that wire harness?  Second, any other ideas after I fix the wire harness permanently on what could keep it from starting I have gas flow up to the fuel injector.

I realize this part is discontinued but im trying to find this exhaust pipe fir my dads 550.  His brother who has since passed bought this mule for my dad who is now 90 and he is trying to fix everything on it.  I'm willing to take a used one.  A new one would be great if someone still had in stock.  I'll take anything as long as it is in workable condition.   If anyone has any ideas for me im open to hearing them.  Thank you so much.

Hit a rock last weekend and trashed my front A-arm and axle on my Outlander. I’ve been looking around for reliable sources for replacement components. A lot of listings online look a bit hit or miss, so I’m trying to figure out what’s actually worth trusting.
Has anyone here had good luck with dealers or sites where you can buy genuine Can-Am spare parts online without worrying about quality issues or fake OEM stuff? I’d rather pay a bit more and get the right fit than deal with problems later.
      Any recommendations appreciated.
